A fun place to learn and grow.
At Mt. Zion Preschool we strive to develop your child with a positive self image, encourage independence, and discover the fun in learning, play, and socialization.
We understand the early education of your child is a personal, and at times, a difficult decision. Mt. Zion Preschool is a cooperative (co-op) program, which allows the parents the opportunity to play an active role in their child's first educational experience. Being in the classroom allows you to see first hand your child's growth and interaction with their fellow students and teachers. Co-oping is optional and there are decreased tuition rates with participation in this program. With co-oping, you spend the morning in school with your child assisting the teacher as well as being responsible for providing snacks. Some of our families are unable to co-op or choose not to, which is why we try to provide an option to meet everyone's needs. Also, Mt. Zion does work with the State of Wisconsin to provide financial aid to those who qualify. Please contact our Director for assistance with this process.
Parents may enroll their child if they reach age 3 by December 31st or age 4 by September 1st of the current school year. Children may only attend once they have had their 3rd birthday (which means some may start later in the school year), and are potty-trained. Mt. Zion Preschool has a non-discrimination policy, and all children are welcome. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $60 that must accompany your enrollment form, which holds your child's place for the school year. Click here for the Enrollment Form. The completed form may be personally delivered to our staff, or mailed to the Preschool.
We invite you to become involved in Mt. Zion Preschool and encourage you to visit. Please contact us with any questions you may have, or to schedule a time to visit our school. We look forward to meeting with you.
